Our Mission
At Loved, our mission is simple: To serve youth living in foster care group homes across Wisconsin with one clear goal: that each young person knows they are seen, valued, and deeply loved.
We believe every young person deserves to know their worth and experience moments of joy, dignity, and belonging.
We seek to awaken the hearts of the Wisconsin community to the unique needs of these youth—especially those who face aging out of the foster care system without the support of a permanent family.
How We Serve
We live out this mission by mobilizing community groups —showing up consistently, compassionately, and creatively.
Five times a year, we deliver themed comfort packages filled with love and intention. Each package includes practical necessities, mindfulness tools, snacks, and themed items designed to bring comfort, fun, and peace.
In addition, each youth receives a hand-tied fleece blanket once a year—a cozy, tangible reminder that they matter!
We are committed to excellence and intentionality in all we do. With your support, we dream of reaching EVERY group home in Wisconsin.

There are not enough foster parents for all of the children that enter foster care everyday. A group home is licensed by the state to care for children ages 12-18 and sometimes up to age 21. Group homes are run by employees 24/7 to care for the youth. Staff members make sure youth are taken care of like a parent would. They work to be sure that they go to school and doctor’s appointments. The staff remind them to do their homework and brush their teeth etc. Group homes often specialize in an area such as sex trafficking, Alcohol and Drug Abuse (AODA), Delinquent/Corrections Developmental Disabilities Emotional/Behavioral Disorders, Respite Care or Pregnant Teens.
